The reserve fund is the money we set aside to pay for future infrastructure work. Repairs tend to be paid for out of the regular operating budget, but major replacement work, such as the new fire pump installed in August 2026 and the replacement of pipes that began in 2026 and is scheduled to go on through future years, is paid for from the reserve fund.
