Update: On July 15, the management company sent an email saying that more information about the balcony sealing would be coming soon, and that in the meantime, they were going to ask the board to extend the deadline. At the July board meeting, the deadline was extended to October 31…. Read more »

Our HOA’s governing documents are poor scans of typewritten pages, which makes it impossible to search them and hard even to read them. I’d like to convert them all to real text using an automated service, but need volunteers to help proofread the results, comparing them to the original PDFs… Read more »
