December 2025
- A Candidate Forum took place on December 15. Here’s the recording.
- The Annual Meeting is Monday, January 26. If you can’t attend, please consider assigning your voting proxy to someone who can. A proxy gives the other owner the power to vote on your behalf, but they can cast that vote for whomever they like. So be sure to give your proxy to someone who’ll vote as you wish.
- Here’s who I plan to vote for.
- I received a disturbing email from a board member last week.
- The 2026 Budget and HOA fees were mailed to all the owners over the weekend, so you should have received yours by now. Here’s my opinion on the increase in the Reserve Fund transfers.
- Game Nights are the last Saturday of every month, Dec 27 this month, at 5pm in the Party Room. If you’d like to learn the game of Go (the chess of East Asia) come before the 5pm start, any time from 3-5pm, or come to Game Night and then stay after.
- There was no board meeting this month.
