Fitness Room

City Walk’s fitness room was remodeled in 2024applause for Gabrielle Scundi and the remodeling committee!

Hours:  5am-midnight, daily
After 10pm:  Noise restriction starts – no dumbbells or weights

Check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen.  If you’re unsure how to safely use the machines or equipment, use this CityWalkTalks site to ask for help.  Or, visit the lobby management office.

There are rules to follow:

Keep it safe.  You’re using the room at your own risk.

  1. Use of the fitness room is in strict accordance with Association Rules and Regulations. (click here to open the collection of City Walk Governing Documents)
  2. The Health Club is open for use daily during the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
  3. Please lower weights down gradually. Do ‘NOT’ drop weights. Weights are ‘NOT’ allowed to be used after 10:00 p.m. daily. Please be respectful of surrounding units.
  4. No eating or drinking anything besides water.
  5. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. All guests are required to be accompanied by an adult resident in the Health Club and Pool Areas at all times. 
  7. Wipe down equipment after use.
  8. Take your belongings with you when you leave. This includes personal equipment you bring into the room, water bottles, clothing, etc. 
  9. Completely shut off sauna after use. This includes any remaining time, the heat, and the light.
  10. Be respectful when sharing the space with others.
  11. For yours and everyone’s safety, use the machines only as they are intended.
  12. No playing music out loud and keep noise level to a minimum.
  13. Return TV remotes to their wall mount.
  14. Notify office staff immediately if something is “out of order”.
  15. Turn lights off when you leave.
